What we can help with
- Sizing. Send us the piece you want and your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will tell you which size to take. Start with the size guide.
- Order status. Include your order number, which starts with a hash symbol and appears in your confirmation email.
- Exchanges. Within 30 days of delivery. Read the exchange policy first, then email us and we will send a return label.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, no return shipping required.
- Expedited shipping. Email before you order and we will quote FedEx or DHL to your address.
- Wholesale, press, styling and collaborations. Same address. Put the topic in the subject line and it gets to the right place faster.
