Size Guide
Verse Fashion is built so that everyone finds their fit. This page has everything you need to order the right size the first time. If you are still not sure after reading it, email us at info@versefashion.shop with your measurements and we will tell you which size to take.
How to measure
Use a soft tape measure, keep it snug but not tight, and measure over your underwear rather than over clothes.
- Bust or chest. Around the fullest part, with the tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
- Waist. Around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Do not hold your breath.
- Hip. Around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually about 8 inches below your natural waist.
- Inseam. From the top of your inner thigh straight down to your ankle bone.
If a measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger one. This matters most on structured pieces with low stretch.
Letter sizing, XS to XXL
These are body measurements, not flat garment measurements. Match your body to the row, then read the size.

Our shirts are cut with a regular to relaxed fit and are designed to work on any frame. Go by chest measurement.

Denim: two sizing systems, explained
Two of our denim styles use different sizing scales. Here is how they translate.
Largo, junior numeric sizing

Fit notes by piece
- Kendall, velvet corset dress. Fully boned with low stretch, so the bodice runs firm on purpose. If you are in the upper half of your bust range, take the next size up. Length is approximately 32.5 in or 83 cm.
- Fontainebleau, metallic puff sleeve dress. Low stretch. Size up if you are between sizes. Length is approximately 31 in or 81 cm.
- Blanco, two piece set. Heavy stretch through both pieces. Order your usual size.
- Amara and Joseline, rhinestone bodysuits. Currently made in a single size with extreme four way stretch. They comfortably fit a range roughly equivalent to S through L. Graded sizing arrives with Volume 2.
- Largo and Opa Locka, denim. Both have significant stretch and will relax slightly with wear. Take your true waist measurement rather than sizing up.
- Hats and accessories. One size, adjustable where noted.
