Orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping.
After the order is processed, standard shipping times will apply.

All items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE and unfortunately aren't eligible for EXCHANGES.
EXCHANGES ARE LIMITED PER ORDER TRANSACTION. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL FOR MORE INFORMATION IF NECESSARY.
**The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs on Exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the order is elidible to receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.**
Please contact customer support if you wish to make an Exchange. Customer support will evaluate Exchanges on a case by case basis to determine if an Exchange will be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition from the original purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.
Steps to complete an Exchange
Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from the delivery date
(For Example, order delivered on January 1st, the exchange package must be received by us, no later than Jan 15th.)
If the exchange is after 14 days, the package will be denied and returned to the customer.
(Items that come with undergarments, leotards, facemasks, etc a CAN NOT be exchanged.

-The list of items, color, and size you want to exchange it for
- Current email address and phone number
4. Lastly, take your item and your note to the shipping facility of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and purchase a shipping label. Please reuse the original shipping packaging or use the shipping facility's packaging. Please keep your receipt with the tracking information.
**If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.**

5. Once you have shipped your Exchange, please respond to our customer service department with your Exchange tracking number or a picture of the shipping receipt with the tracking number legible.
6. Once delivered the Exchange will be processed through the Return Department. If the Exchange tracking number is now stating that the item is delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for the Rerturn Department to process the exchange before contacting up.
7. Withing the 3-5 business days you will reveivce:
- Exchange invoice for a completely different item (Please note: the invoice will include any difference in item pricing
- Exchange invoice for the same item/different size (you chose the same item but a new size, you will only pay for shipping.)
- Store Credit Code ( Codes expire after 2 weeks)

- All store credit codes are emailed including the code, the timeframe it can be used, and the date it expires.
Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the carrier.
Expedited shipping is availible! Customers are able to pay for expedited shipping such as Fedex, or DHL. Please contact customer service for pricing options.
