Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- $6.95 flat rate on US orders under $50
The exact cost is always shown in your cart before you enter any payment details. You will never be surprised at the last step.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days from when you order
- Standard US delivery: 3 to 7 business days after it ships
So most US orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Orders placed on a weekend or a US federal holiday begin processing the next business day, and delivery around major holidays can run slower than usual.
Expedited shipping
Need it faster? Email info@versefashion.shop before you place your order with your zip code and the date you need it by. We will quote FedEx or DHL and send you a payment link.
International
We ship internationally on request. Email info@versefashion.shop with the pieces you want and your full address and we will quote you. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If something goes wrong
If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, check with your neighbors and your building first. Then email us with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and work it through with you.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.
